A. Subdivisions: The board will require that roads shown on preliminary and/or final plats for subdivisions be named in accordance with the provisions of section 10-4-4 of this code. Before approval is given to the plats, the board will require that the developer agree to erect road signs and dwelling numbers at his/her own expense. (Ord. 02-01, 3-11-2002; amd. 2010 Code)
B. New Roads: New roads constructed by realtors and/or developers must be named and signs erected and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, said signs to be erected and maintained at the expense of the person constructing the road. (Ord. 02-01, 3-11-2002)
