The adopted versions of the foregoing codes shall be deemed superseded by successive versions of such codes as they are adopted or approved by the state of Idaho building code board, such successive versions to become law of the county on the effective date set for the successive versions by the state of Idaho building code board, unless the board of county commissioners specifically provides otherwise.
