A. Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person to display, sell, discharge or use fireworks on the Owyhee County fairgrounds, Homedale, Owyhee County, Idaho. (Ord. 92-02, 8-10-1992, eff. 8-10-1992; amd. 2010 Code)
B. Exception: Any adult person or other group desiring to make a public display of fireworks shall first make written application to either the Owyhee County sheriff or to the Owyhee County commissioners. The sheriff or the commissioners shall have power, in their discretion, to grant or deny the application, subject to such reasonable conditions, if any, as they shall prescribe.
