A. Unlawful: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years living or found outside the incorporated limits of any city in the county to run away from his parents, guardian or other legal custodian or to remain away from his parents, guardian or other legal custodian.
B. Acts Placing Minor Beyond Control Of Parent, Guardian Or Legal Custodian: It shall further be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years living or found outside the incorporated limits of any city in the county to commit any act or acts placing him beyond the control of his parents, guardian, or other legal custodian.
