5-1-3: ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM; TELEPHONE USER FEE ASSESSMENT:
The previously created emergency communications system shall continue to be funded by the telephone user fees which shall be assessed at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) per month. (Ord. 09-08, 9-15-2009)
