5-1-2: INTENT; PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to provide the organizational structure for an emergency communications system in the county. Such system is to be funded by telephone user fees and collected for the purpose of maintaining and operating a 911 emergency communications system at the approval of the county voters.
