Any license obtained herein is transferable upon approval by the board. Any person who has obtained a premises which already has a license or licenses shall be required to obtain a transfer of such licenses. The fee imposed for such transfer of such licenses shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the remainder of the calendar year. (Ord. 90-04, 12-10-1990)
