10-4-8: BLOCKS:

Every block shall be so designed as to provide two (2) tiers of lots, except where lots back onto an arterial street, natural feature, or subdivision boundary; blocks shall not be less than three hundred feet (300') long in all cases. (Ord. 09-09, 10-6-2009)
