10-4-6: PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS:

Rights of way for pedestrian walkways in the middle of long blocks may be required where necessary to obtain convenient pedestrian circulation to schools, parks or shopping areas; the pedestrian easement shall be at least ten feet (10') wide. (Ord. 09-09, 10-6-2009)
