3-1-2: ADOPTION OF BEER, LIQUOR OR WINE LAWS:
The county adopts, by reference, except as stated herein, the laws of the state of Idaho pertaining to the sale and distribution of beer, liquor or wine as contained in Idaho Code chapter 23. (Ord. 90-04, 12-10-1990)
