10-1-8: SEVERABILITY:
Where any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or other part of these regulations is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall affect only that part so held invalid. (Ord. 09-09, 10-6-2009)
