Any assertion of right of way must be filed on the form provided by the county recorder and all information required by said form shall be provided by the person asserting the right of way. The right of way form must be signed by the person asserting the right of way and the signature must be notarized. The assertion of right of way must be accompanied by a legal description of the asserted right of way or a map which clearly designates the location of the asserted right of way. The recorder shall receive and record the right of way form, the supporting legal description and/or map and other documents upon which the assertion is based. (Ord. 93-02, 4-12-1993, eff. 4-21-1993)
