§ 118.040 OFFICE ESTABLISHED.
   The office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator (the Administrator) is hereby created and established. The City Mayor will serve as the City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator pursuant to KRS 241.160(2).
