§ 118.004 IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDINANCE PROVISIONS.
   From time to time, the Owingsville City Council may by municipal order promulgate such rules and regulations and may publish and utilize such forms and other documents as, in its discretion, may be necessary for the proper implementation of this chapter.
