(A) This chapter shall be construed to apply to the manufacture, traffic and sales of malt beverages, distilled spirits and wine where the context permits such application. Nothing in this chapter shall excuse or relieve the licensee, or the owner, proprietor, employee, agent, or person in charge of any licensed premises where alcoholic beverages are sold from the restrictions, requirements and penalties of any other ordinance or ordinances of the City of Owingsville, Kentucky (the City) or of any statute or regulation of the state relating to the manufacture, traffic or sales of alcoholic beverages.
(B) The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky as set out in KRS Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244, as well as all related state regulations, and all amendments and supplements to the statutes and regulations, are adopted and made a part of this chapter so far as applicable to this chapter except as otherwise lawfully provided for herein.
