The purpose of this chapter is to establish uniform regulations and requirements for the licensing and regulation of the manufacture, trafficking and sales of alcoholic beverages within the corporate limits of the City of Owingsville, Kentucky pursuant to authorization of KRS Chapters 241 through 244 of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
