(A) Any person who sells, manufactures, delivers, transports, any product containing any one, or combination of, chemicals listed herein, shall be guilty of trafficking in a designer drug. The person shall be punished as a Class A misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced up to 12 months incarceration and/or be fined up to $500.
(B) Any person who has in their possession or control any product containing any one, or combination of, chemicals fisted herein, shall be guilty of possession of a designer drug. The person shall be punished as a Class A misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced to up to 12 months incarceration and/or be fined up to $500.
