§ 96.01 ADOPTION OF THE IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION PROGRAM BY REFERENCE.
   The City Council hereby adopts and the Mayor on behalf of the city, be and hereby is authorized and directed to implement an Identity Theft Protection Program, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference to prevent identity theft at the city.
