The City Council of the City of Owingsville shall have the right to legal representation, the position of legal representative is hereby created, and the cost of same shall be paid by the City of Owingsville.
All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed so far as they are in conflict. The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provisions of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other part of this ordinance without such invalid part or parts.
