The following regulations shall apply in the R-3 Medium Density Residential District:
(A) Permitted uses.
(1) Single-family dwellings.
(2) Two-family dwellings.
(3) Townhouses or attached single-family dwellings.
(4) Multi-family dwellings.
(B) Accessory uses. Same as for R-2 districts.
(C) Conditional uses. Same as for R-2 districts.
