The following regulations shall apply in R-2 Duplex and Single-family Residential Districts:
(A) Permitted uses.
(1) Single-family residential dwellings.
(2) Two-family dwellings.
(3) Customary general horticultural uses.
(B) Accessory uses.
(1) Same as for R-l districts.
(2) Home occupations.
(C) Conditional uses.
(1) Same as for R-l districts.
(2) Home occupations that exceed the definition of "home occupation" in § 152.004.
