§ 150.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The City Building Inspector shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agency for the Kentucky Building Code. All building code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.

   (B)   The Fire Chief shall be responsible for enforcement of the provisions of the Kentucky Standards of Safety.
   (C)   All electrical inspector specifically approved by this jurisdiction.
