(A) This chapter does not apply to revivals, tent meetings, concerts, plays, or other activities conducted by a religious or charitable organization for the purpose of furthering the activities of such organizations or raising funds for such organization.
(B) The opening and closing times set forth in this chapter do not apply to social activities or entertainment activities conducted by educational institutions including but not limited to athletic events, proms, or dances, plays, concerts or any other activity sponsored by an educational institution or by an organization or students acting with the permission and consent of the educational institution in which they are enrolled.
