(A) Places of entertainment located within the city limits of the City of Owingsville, Kentucky, shall not open for business before the hour of 8:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday and shall close at or before the hour of 12:00 mid-night, Sunday shall open at 1:00 p.m. and shall close at or before the hour of 10:00 p.m.
(B) This chapter shall also apply to circuses, carnivals, and any other traveling or transient show or exposition.
