For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"CLOSED."
(1) The establishment is to be vacated: Lights out and doors locked.
(2) Persons engaged in cleaning of premise shall constitute an exception of lights out; doors shall remain locked: and no playing activity shall be permitted. Property Owner has the right to be present on the premises, but shall not conduct any paid activity.
"PLACES OF ENTERTAINMENT." Those businesses, providing entertainment or recreation, including but not limited to dance halls, music barns, night clubs, theaters, arcades, poolrooms, and other similar businesses.
