§ 110.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Police Department of the city to enforce the provisions of this chapter; and a failure or neglect on the part of any police officer to enforce the provision of this chapter shall be grounds for his dismissal, in accordance with state statutes.
