§ 110.06 DUE DATE; PENALTY FOR DELINQUENT PAYMENT.

   (A)   The City Clerk/Treasurer shall submit notices of business license fees on or before June 1 of each year.

   (B)   Business license fees are due and payable on or before July 1 of each year.

   (C)   If license fees are not paid on or before July 1, a 10% penalty will be added and any business having not paid the required fee within 30 days will be subject to court proceedings.
