All yearly and semi-yearly licenses issued under this chapter for any trade, business, occupation, profession, or calling shall be as follows:
(A) Any person, firm, or corporation establishing or conducting a business covered by this chapter between July 1 and December 31 shall be liable for one year's license.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation establishing or conducting a business covered by this chapter after December 31 of the current year, may purchase above mentioned licenses for one half of said current year.
