§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided for shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 91.06 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of $100.
