§ 50.177 AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS.
   (A)   These rules may be changed or amended.
   (B)   This chapter shall not be amended without the permission of the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture (the FmHA), so long as the FmHA is the owner or insurer of any bonds issured by the city and payable from the revenues of the system.
