§ 36.50 DEPARTMENT SPOKESPERSONS.
   No firefighter shall act as a formal spokesperson for the Volunteer Fire Department to any group, organization, or individual regarding the Department or any referenced subject of the Department except as follows. A committee or a majority of the members present at a business meeting may appoint any member or members to act as a spokesperson.
