(A) All members shall wear the same uniform and insignia on their uniform. The Department shall supply each member with the proper badge, uniform, and other firefighting equipment. It will be the duty of the firefighter to maintain all equipment in clean and useable condition at all times. The equipment is to be used for Fire Department use only.
(B) Any firefighter attending a drill or reporting to a fire not in proper uniform and without a valid excuse will be penalized appropriately by the Procedures Board.
(1) The proper uniform for actual firefighting shall be full bunker gear, including helmet, bunker coat, gloves, and boots.
(2) The proper uniform to be worn at drills and events shall be established by the Procedures Board.
