§ 36.20 DUTIES OF THE CAPTAINS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Captains to command their respective companies, and their orders shall be explicitly followed. The Captain shall be subject to orders from the Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief and must give ready and prompt obedience to those orders. It shall be the duty of each Captain to oversee the general maintenance of their assigned fire apparatus and equipment and to report any needed repairs or maintenance to the Fire Chief. The assignment of their equipment may be for one or more months as shall be determined by the total membership.
   (B)   The Captain of any apparatus or the officer in charge of that apparatus at a fire shall be responsible to see that the fire run information sheet is completely filled out and turned in to the officer in charge at the fire house. Also, he must see that all hoses are washed and hung to dry and new hose is replaced on that truck for the next run. He must also verify that the truck is filled with water and gas.
