§ 36.19 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF.
   It shall be the duty of the Assistant Fire Chief to perform the duties of the Fire Chief in the case of the absence of the Fire Chief and to aid him in every way possible at all times. The Assistant Fire Chief shall be required to have the full requirements of the Fire Chief that he might perform the duties of the Fire Chief in his absence.
