§ 36.18 DUTIES OF FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief to preside at all regular and special meetings, preserve order, and to decide all points of order that may arise. Also the Fire Chief shall see that a copy of all records needed to keep fire insurance rating, and safety of firefighters, and fire runs be turned into the City Clerk/Treasurer for a permanent filing of records after each activity as soon as possible thereafter.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief to take charge of all fire apparatus and equipment and to see that each subordinate officer fulfills his duty. The Fire Chief shall have the power to call those special meetings as he deems necessary. He shall also issue a call for a special meeting upon request of six or more members; 24 hours notice of a special meeting must be given to all members.
