§ 36.15 PROCEDURES BOARD.
   The purpose of the Procedures Board shall be to act on all violations of the regulations contained herein and to set forth written procedures for the operation of the Volunteer Fire Department.
   (A)   The Procedures Board shall have the responsibility to suspend members, and recommend expulsion of a member for violation of these bylaws. Expulsion of any member requires a two-thirds vote of the membership.
   (B)   This Board shall be composed of six members of the Volunteer Fire Department who are full members (not on probation or apprenticeship). Election shall be for one year and shall take place at the same time other officers are elected. The Secretary shall attend the meetings of the Procedures Board to keep a permanent record, but shall not vote in any matter brought before the Procedures Board.
   (C)   The Procedures Board shall meet at the second business meeting of each month one-half hour before the meeting time of the general meeting.
   (D)   The disposition of all action taken by the Procedures Board shall be posted in a conspicious place on the Volunteer Fire Department bulletin board.
