§ 36.01 TITLE; PURPOSE.
   (A)   This organization shall be known as the Owingsville Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   Its purpose shall be the prevention of fires, the preservation and the protection of life and property from and during fires, or other life endangering situations as they may occur within or adjacent to the corporate limits of the city.
