§ 35.70 CREATION OF COMMISSION. 
   There is created, pursuant to KRS 91A.350 and 91A.360, the Recreational, Tourist, and Convention Commission, which Commission is established for the purpose of promoting recreational, tourist, and convention activity in the city.
