The Public Works Department, under the supervision of the Superintendent, shall supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of the water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, distribution lines, swimming pool, and other city property; plus insure proper maintenance of city streets, storm sewers, culverts, drainage ditches and road signs.
