§ 33.02 EMS ADMINISTRATIVE DEBT WRITE-OFF.

The EMS Director shall be allowed to administratively write-off the following debts as uncollectible: bankruptcy; deceased with no estate; court ordered institutionalization or incarceration; wards of the state; and Medicaid or medical contractual obligations.
