§ 94.054 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Applicant shall pay a permit fee to the Highway Department with the application for permit for all improvements in the county highway system rights-of-way. This permit fee shall provide for the review, permit issuance, and inspection of the improvements.
   (B)   Permit fees shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees for the county Highway Department as approved by the County Commissioners.
   (C)   Permit fees shall be paid by check or money order payable to the "Owen County Highway Department." Cash cannot be accepted.
   (D)   Permit fees shall be deposited in the Highway Department's general operating fund for the costs of administrating the department.
   (E)   Permit fees are refundable only if the Highway Superintendent determines that compliance with this section is not necessary.
   (F)   The county Highway Department Schedule of Fees for Construction in Rights-of-Way, is attached to Ord. 2020-0056 as Exhibit "A" and is herein incorporated by reference.
