§ 155.363 FEE SCHEDULE.

   (A)   The following fees shall be paid for subdivision applications:

      (1)   Preliminary plat: $500 + $25 per lot + $100 per street/traffic sign;

      (2)   Final plat: $500 + $100 per street/traffic sign for additional street/traffic signs not included in the preliminary plat;

      (3)   Minor subdivision: $200 + $100 per street/traffic sign;

      (4)   Administrative subdivision: $100; and

      (5)   Plat amendments (preliminary or final): $250 + $25 per lot + $100 per street/traffic sign.

   (B)   The following fees shall be paid for other petitions:

      (1)   Rezone: $500;

      (2)   Variances:

         (a)   Design: $250; and

         (b)   Use: $500.

      (3)   Conditional use: $250.

      (4)   Planned unit development (PUD): $500 + $100 per street/traffic sign.

   (C)   The wireless communication facilities WCF application fee shall be $1,000.
