§ 155.116 IMPROVEMENTS; TURN-AROUND OR CUL-DE-SAC REQUIREMENTS.
   Turn-around or cul-de-sac requirements shall be:
   (A)   Radius: minimum shall be 40 feet.
   (B)   Shoulders: two feet around cul-de-sac.
   (C)   Ditches: minimum one foot below shoulder on a 4 to 1 slope.
