§ 155.005 INCLUSION OF AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER ORDINANCES.
   (A)   This chapter shall be interpreted to include any and all other provisions of the county code which are necessary for an understanding of this chapter and the attainment of its purposes. The Board of Commissioners intends that all county code provisions relating to land use, and all orders, rules, and regulations established pursuant to said provisions, be read as part of a uniform system of the county land use regulation.
   (B)   All departments, officials and employees of the county that are vested with the duty or authority to issue permits, certificates or approvals, shall conform to the provisions of this chapter and shall issue no permit, certificate or approval for any use, structure or activity if the same would be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. Any permit, certificate or approval issued in conflict with the provisions of this chapter shall be null and void and, in no event, shall act as a waiver of the standards and requirements of this chapter.
