The user must agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the county, its agents, officers and employees from all claims and suits, including court costs and attorney fees, and other expenses caused by any act or omission of the user and/or his or her subcontractors, if any. Upon request, the user shall provide the county with a certificate of insurance or other acceptable proof of financial responsibility for damages that may arise out of the event.
