§ 151.040 GENERAL AUTHORITY TO MAKE INSPECTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS.
   Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Building Commissioner shall make, or shall cause to be made, inspections of the work being done as are necessary to ensure full compliance of the work being done as of this Code and the terms of the permit. All construction shall be subject to periodic inspections by the Building Commissioner irrespective of whether a building permit has been or is required to be obtained. Re-inspections of work found to be incomplete or not ready for inspection are subject to assessment of re-inspection fees as prescribed in this Code.
