§ 151.023 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   The Building Commissioner shall issue a building permit to a person after the person submitted a complete application, including any applicable fee, provided that the proposed construction will conform to all applicable building and fire safety laws and will not violate any other applicable ordinances or laws.
   (B)   All work done under any permit shall be in full compliance with all other laws pertaining thereto and, in addition to the fees for permits, there shall be paid the fees prescribed by such laws.
   (C)   A permit shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
