§ 151.005 AUTHORITY.

   The County Building Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed, in order to effectuate the purposes of the Building Code, to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All provisions of the Building Code of the county;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7 et seq.
