The licensee shall:
(A) Put, keep and maintain all parts of the cable television system in good condition throughout the entire period of the license;
(B) Render efficient service, make repairs promptly and interrupt service only for good cause, and for the shortest time possible. Interruptions, insofar as possible, shall be preceded by notice given to subscribers 24 hours in advance and shall occur during periods of minimum use of the cable system; and
(C) Upon request by the Country Executive, the licensee shall make a demonstration satisfactory to him, her or it that a signal is being delivered to any designated area which is of sufficient strength and quality to meet the standards set forth in the regulations of the FCC.
