Any person, partnership, corporation or other entity who violates and does not correct within a reasonable time frame any terms of the chapter shall be subject to a fine up to $500 per day for each day such violation continues, suspension of working privilege for up to one year and an assessment of attorney fees and costs incurred in connection with any action to enforce the provisions hereof, in addition to all other remedies which may exist at law or in equity.
